At 30, I hit rock bottom. I had moved across the country for a high-stress job, bought a house, and lost control of my health and emotions. Laid off and struggling to support my family, I feared losing everything. Overweight, battling high blood pressure, and trapped in unhealthy habits, I felt like my life was slipping away. But that was the turning point. More was to come.
I hired my first coach, and together, we discovered my "why" – why I needed help, what goals I wanted to achieve, and why I hadn’t reached them on my own. I realized that to become the person I aspired to be, the best path was to find someone who had already done it and learn from them. Through trial and error, I’ve built a sustainable lifestyle by focusing on habit-building from the ground up. The key to any transformation is a solid foundation, and once that’s in place, everything else will fall into place.
